What does a typical cleaning service look like?
While North Tower offers a vast array of cleaning service combinations and packages, ranging from daily light cleanings to deep cleanings and disinfecting of entire buildings, our most popular service is the weekly office cleaning, wherein we begin by carefully analyzing the space and planning accordingly. After an in-depth dusting to remove any lingering dust particles and debris, we thoroughly wipe open surfaces and disinfect all desk tops, countertops, door handles, phones, etc. We typically finish by vacuuming and cleaning the floors before we finish up, leaving your space looking like new!
Is the materials cost included in the flat rate?
The “Materials Estimate” portion of the quote is only an estimate, not a fixed cost. The final invoice will be based on what is actually purchased and used for the project. While we strive to provide the most accurate estimate possible, the final materials cost could be a bit different than originally estimated.
What is included in your seasonal Landscaping program?
Services that come with all of our maintenance programs include: Spring Cleanup, Weekly Mowing, a 5 Application Fertilizer and Weed Control, and Fall Cleanup. Other maintenance services that we offer and are completely optional include: Power Rake, Spring Aeration, Trimming Once per Season, Grub Control, and Fall Aeration. All of our maintenance programs are tailored to each of our customers' needs! After two weeks, you should mow the lawn for the first time. By then, the sod will have developed sufficient roots to need less watering and maintenance.
