year-round approach

In the spring, we focus on essential preparations such as cleanup, mulching, trimming, and refreshing your landscape. During this phase, your dedicated North Tower provider may also collaborate with you to plan updates or designs for the upcoming season.

During the warmer months, your landscaping requires consistent care. North Tower takes care of everything, including mowing, flower maintenance, weeding, fertilizing, pruning, aerating, and debris removal. If needed, we also handle pest and disease control to keep your greenery healthy and thriving.

As fall transitions into winter, we prepare your property for the colder months by raking leaves, pruning perennials, winterizing fountains, and ensuring all elements of your landscaping are ready to withstand the harsh weather.

Your property’s curb appeal is about more than just landscaping—it includes every exterior detail. From maintaining parking lots to cleaning windows, North Tower Solutions ensures your outdoor spaces are well-kept, cohesive, and leave a positive impression on everyone who visits.

The Importance of our Landscape Maintenance

The exterior of your facility, from the windows to the sidewalks and grass, speaks volumes about your business and its core values. North Tower Solutions uses its expertise, knowledge, and network of trusted providers to help you create a landscape that leaves a positive impression and reflects your company’s standards.

Before getting started, we take the time to assess your property’s unique needs and natural features. This careful evaluation allows us to enhance your property’s health and appearance in a cost-effective way, ensuring it remains attractive and well-maintained, no matter what challenges the weather may bring.

Excellent Investment

Landscape maintenance services are an excellent investment in your home and yard. You have already invested in designing and building your dream landscaping — now keep it looking perfect, all year round. If you want to maintain your ROI on your landscaping, you need regular maintenance.
How does aeration improve my lawn’s health?
Aeration gives your lawn room to grow and space to breathe—literally. It reduces soil compaction, creating small pockets within the soil so that oxygen can flow to the roots of the grass. In the process, it increases nutrient uptake, allowing your lawn to grow stronger, lusher, and more resilient.
How much does professional landscaping maintenance cost?
Pricing for a landscape maintenance program varies from site to site. Getting a proposal is simple though; simply call us for a free consultation at (630-766-4113). From there, we will survey your site, assess the property’s needs, and develop a proposal that is customized to your specific circumstances.
What is included in your maintenance program?
Services that come with all of our maintenance programs include: Spring Cleanup, Weekly Mowing, a 5 Application Fertilizer and Weed Control, and Fall Cleanup. Other maintenance services that we offer and are completely optional include: Power Rake, Spring Aeration, Trimming Once per Season, Grub Control, and Fall Aeration. All of our maintenance programs are tailored to each of our customers' needs! After two weeks, you should mow the lawn for the first time. By then, the sod will have developed sufficient roots to need less watering and maintenance.
My lawn is thatched and patchy. Can you improve its appearance?
Thatch—the layer of organic matter that accumulates on a lawn—can cause root problems and patchiness if left untreated. For such issues, the best approach is a systematic one. At North Tower, we start by aerating the lawn to increase oxygen and nutrition intake. From there, we use a range of strategies to thicken the lawn, including re-seeding, dethatching, and adding topsoil.
